The Coding Ground

We are always looking to connect with organisations and individuals that share our values and vision. There are a number of different ways you could support The Coding Ground.

Partner companies

We are privileged to work with partner companies whose values align with ours, companies who want to grow the talent pool in South Africa and are prepared to roll up their sleeves to help make it happen. Key to our success is expanding our partner company network so we can place graduates on internships. We are fortunate to be able to tailor our curriculum to fit the technical skills and culture requirements of our partner companies, it's not just about raw technical ability but also how people show up in very different work environments. We know how to do this and offer managed services where we run entire internship programmes for our partner companies.

Equipment

Our machines work really hard, we wear out keyboards and just about everything else. Laptops and headsets in good working order really help. We've become pretty good at fixing equipment so are happy to gratefully accept what you have.

Volunteer

Our tutors are located all around the country and volunteer time to help students. Nothing beats the knowledge that like minded people bring in our domains of learning like software development, English proficiency and workplace readiness. We need more volunteers, who are open to sharing their knowledge and in return learning about themselves.

Support Financially

We understand that some businesses don't need the skills that we nurture at The Coding Ground but still want to support the cause. Come and meet our students, there is an opportunity to sponsor the young men and women and watch their journeys as they uplift themselves and their families.
